Line art inked with technical pens on illustration board; scanned into the computer as before; cleaned up in Photoshop; printed onto archival card stock, colored with Prismacolor pencils at a convention under bad lighting, then a bit more clean-up in Photoshop to keep the color inside the lines. Again, about 10 years start to finish, because it was filed for all but a week or two of the total time. It's a good way to practice, so I did it again.
